Office Syndrome
An hour aimed at desk-work tension: neck, shoulders, upper back and arms, with stretches to open the chest.
“Office syndrome” is the Thai name for the aches that come from long hours at a screen. The massage targets the neck, shoulders, upper back, forearms and wrists.
Pressure-point work is followed by stretches that open the chest and undo the forward-leaning desk posture.
Good for
- Neck and shoulder pain from desk work
- Tired forearms and wrists
- Rounded, hunched posture
